Often, before ground can be broken, repair projects require the creation of a site-specific Geotechnical Report, which can be completed by any of the excellent Geotechnical Engineering firms operating in California. These reports are intended to analyze geological forces based on soil type, geography, and existing structure, and also provide recommendations for how to proceed with a repair. We often work in concert with the geotechnical engineering firms to develop recommendations based on on-site findings.

Once recommendations are created, we work tirelessly with our clients, and any other relevant firms or parties, to draft design plans that maximize value and minimize cost while ensuring long-lasting structural integrity.
